The Pau dos Ferros Multidisciplinary Center is established in a campus located in Pau dos Ferros, a student-friendly city that houses different public and private Higher Education institutions and is nearly 250 and 210 miles far from, respectively, Natal and Fortaleza, which are 2 touristic cities in the Brazilian Northeastern coast.
The Center is home to classrooms, faculty offices, student commons, administrative office, laboratories, housing, library and cafeteria. This infrastructure serves more than 1,000 students enrolled in the following undergraduate programs:
- Bachelor in Science
- Civil Engineering
- Environmental and Sanitary Engineering
- Bachelor in Information Technology
- Computer Engineering
- Architecture and Urban Planning
- Software Engineering
It heads several Extension projects and Teaching practices, such as, respectively, the Program for Access to Urban Lands and the Practices to Support Undergraduate Teaching Improvement.
